Return Policy
New Watches
- Return Period: 7 days from the date of delivery
- Condition Requirements: Item must be unworn, undamaged, with all original tags, packaging, certificates, and accessories included
- Documentation: Original proof of purchase required
Pre-loved Watches
- Return Period: 7 days from the date of delivery
- Special Considerations: Pre-loved watches are sold “as is” with any existing imperfections noted in the product description
- Non-returnable Items: Watches that have been worn, adjusted, or altered after delivery
Vintage Watches
Due to their unique and collectible nature, vintage watches are sold as final sale items and are not eligible for return unless misrepresented in our description or found to be inauthentic.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at [info@timebombwatches.co.za ] within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return
- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization number
- Package Securely: Carefully pack the watch in its original packaging to ensure it’s protected during transit
- Return Shipping: Send the package to our specified return address using a tracked shipping service
Refund Process
- Inspection Period: Returns are inspected within 2 business days of receipt
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing Time: Refunds typically process within 3-5 business days after approval
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
- We’re happy to exchange your watch for another model if:
- The item is in returnable condition as described above
- The requested exchange item is in stock
- Any price difference is settled before the exchange is processed
Special Circumstances
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a watch that is damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement
Incorrectly Shipped Items
If you receive an incorrect item:

- We’ll expedite shipping of the correct item or process a full refund
Warranty Claims
